Hose loops Hose loops or cementing and circulating hose loops are designed and manufactured in line with API Spec 16C to convey high pressure liquid and cement, hose loops are linked to high pressure pipe between cement mixer and Plug Launcher Rig Floor equipment, and can handle fluids at a cold working pressure from 5000psi to 15000psi for high-pressure discharge lines, water lines, temporary flow lines, well testing lines, cementing and circulating lines, and other high-pressure applications. Hose loops or cementing and circulating hose loops can be available typical integral construction model and typical threaded construction model, typical integral hose loops consist of two straight pipe line and two style 10 swivel joints that including two elbows respectively, and these straight pipe line and swivel joints are joined by tri-race ball bearing at three joints and one joints are joined by thread wing nut; typical threaded hose loops consist of two straight pipe line and two style 50 swivel joints that including two elbows respectively, and these straight pipe line and swivel joints are joined threaded wing nut. Hose loops or cementing and circulating hose loops are made from high quality alloy steel, and MPI inspected, all materials for hose loops meet ASTM or AISI standards, and cover sizes from 2in to 3in. Full length of hose loops can be available in 8ft, 10ft, 12ft and etc., hose loops for special purpose can be available as per field service. Swivel joints of hose loops assure flexibility, shock and vibration resistance and uniform flow; wing unions make making-up or breaking-out of hose loops fast and pressure-tight. Typical threaded construction hose loops are often used in China, while typical integral construction hose loops are popular worldwide.
